This large building was the former “James Edwards” Warehouse and the left portion served as a bar until its closing.  Most of the items in the building date back from Mr. Edwards's ownership and comprise a large selection of vintage pieces that he collected during his tenure.  Over 1600  lots… some architectural items as well as unique pieces that could be repurposed for the eclectic decorating pallet. This auction will be split up into two parts due to the sheer volume of items available and day one will close earlier than day two. They will have separate items available so please keep an eye out for both auctions on our website!
