Up for auction is the personal property of Cortez William Sanders and others. Selling everything from the estate at absolute auction. Highlights include a 1963 Corvette Convertible, several vintage firearms, large assortment of tools and furnishing from the home. The majority of the items are at the home at Stokes Hollow Road, Iva, S.C. on Lake Secession. Vehicles have been relocated to our secure warehouse in Anderson. All bidding is conducted online

Auction schedule

Bidding begins on Thursday, July 30^th and will close out on schedule time auction event starting at 10am on Thursday, August 6^th

Two online auctions are being held to sell Mr. Sanders property the first auction will offer the household, tools, firearms. The second will offer the vehicles and related automotive parts. Both are running on the same schedule.

Auction Pickup and Viewing

Pickup of personal property from the house can be done beginning on Friday, August 7^th beginning at 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm and ending on Monday, August 10^th at 12 noon.

Viewing

Items located at the home may only be previewed online… we will be happy to answer any question concerning any lots from the home prior to bidding. Vehicles may be previewed by appointment.

Vehicles notes:

All vehicles will be transferred through the auction company via bill of sale.

Firearms notes

Firearms will be transferred by licensed dealer. All firearms must be picked up in person and purchaser must be able to complete the standard background check. Purchaser may elect to pickup guns from another licensed dealer in another state or area in which they live, however any cost charged by the licensed FFL operator will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Buyer fee & taxes

This online auction event has a 15 percent buyer fee which is added to the final bid amount. Also applicable sales tax which includes vehicles transferred to S.C. residence will also be charged as required by law.

From Anderson: Take Hwy 81 South then turn left onto Flat Rock Rd. toward Iva. Then left onto Hwy 184. Then right onto Stokes Hollow Rd. Stay straight on Stokes Hollow Rd. Property is at the end of the street.

From Abbeville: Take Hwy. 29 towards Antreville then right onto Hwy 184 then left onto Stokes Hollow Rd. Stay straight on Stokes Hollow Rd. Property is at end of Rd.

Vehicles are located at 145 True Temper Rd. Take Hwy. 81 South towards Starr. Turn left onto True Temper Rd. before you get to Owens Corning. Then take first left onto True Temper Rd. Follow road to Warehouse.
