Real Estate Registrations and Deposits: Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers must register in order to bid at the Auction. Registration will open at the auction site at least one hour prior to the sale. The successful bidder shall deposit the sum of $2,500 as non refundable deposit subject to the following • Conveyance is by Warranty Deed, free and clear of liens and encumbrances • Seller will pay for deed preparation and statutory recording fee’s if any, all other cost will be paid by the purchaser. • Closing is within 30 days of the Auction Event. There will be a ten percent auction fee added to the high bid to establish the contract sales price.
